Two more Square trainings: eCommerce and Banking
The Help Center now has two more of Square's recorded reseller trainings, Square Online (eCommerce) and Square Banking, each with chapters, four short clips, editor's notes on what may have changed, a FAQ and a full transcript, public and with no login.

- Chapters, short clips, a FAQ and the full transcript. Jump straight to a chapter, or share one of four short clips per training. Each page answers the questions resellers ask and carries the full transcript, so you can read or search it instead of watching.
- Notes on anything that may have changed. Editor's notes sit beside the moments that may have changed since the recording, such as fees, loan terms and delivery partners, and point you to Square's current terms before you repeat them to a merchant.
- Linked from Square's live sessions. Square's live sessions titled Ecom, eCommerce or Banking now link their training as the recording once the session has started, in the portal's list of live training sessions.

What this does not do yet
- Each recording shows the product as it was on the day it was recorded, December 2025 for Banking and January 2026 for Square Online. Editor's notes flag what may have changed since, and Square's current product is what counts.
- Loan pricing and eligibility quoted in the Banking training are Square's as of December 2025. Check Square's current terms before you mention a loan to a merchant, and never promise a loan amount or an approval.
- The Banking training describes Square's own reseller program. As an OrderOut reseller, what you earn follows your OrderOut agreement, not the program described in the recording.
- These trainings are Square's words, republished with Square's permission. They are not OrderOut's statements about Square's products, and fees, partners and terms quoted in them are Square's to confirm.
