Your merchants' Square volume at your level of the hierarchy

Your Dashboard now shows the Square processing volume of the merchants in your own scope — by merchant, by month, with a month-over-month change, a last-transaction date for the ones that have stopped and a measured zero for the ones that have not started yet — whether you are an ISO, a sub-ISO or an agent.

Volume, scoped to you. Monthly Square processing volume sits on the Dashboard you already use. What you see is bounded by where you sit in the hierarchy: an ISO sees everything under it, an agent sees their own merchants, and nobody sees anybody else's.
Every merchant in scope, listed. Including the ones that took nothing and the ones we have never collected from. Those are three different states and the table never swaps them.
Who has not started, and who has stopped. Two calls you would otherwise make blind. A merchant that has boarded and never taken a payment sits in the list with a measured zero against it, counted out of the ones that are actually trading; a merchant that has stopped carries the date of its last transaction, and a date already weeks old in a month still running is the cue to ring them before somebody else's terminal is on the counter. You read both off your own screen instead of asking anyone for a report.
A month-over-month change you can trust mid-month. The comparison is date-aligned: an in-progress month is measured against the same day range of the month before it, not against the whole of it. Comparing a half-finished month to a complete one is how a good month gets reported as a collapse.
A month picker back to your oldest merchant. Pick any month from the list instead of stepping backwards one arrow at a time.

What this does not do yet

Every figure is a floor, not a certified total. It is what we have collected and can prove, and anything that reaches us later moves a figure up, never down. It is not a settlement statement and it is not a residual report.
A zero and a dash mean different things. A zero is a measured zero with a reading behind it; a dash means we have no reading for that merchant yet, and a brand-new account shows dashes rather than a screen of zeroes.
Because both sides of the month-over-month comparison are floors, the percentage can point the wrong way. It is a direction, not a certainty, and the sentence under the tiles says so on the screen.
Started and stopped are readings, not statuses. They are what we collected for the month you are looking at — no payments in it, or none since a given day. Neither is Square's own account status, and a quiet month is a reason to call rather than a verdict on a merchant.
Two currencies render as two lines. We never add them together.
This reports processing volume. It does not report residuals, payouts or commission.
